Reeded edge. First use listed as 1980. Introduced for increased TBTA tolls that had formerly been 75¢. Good for Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, Queens Midtown Tunnel, Bronx Whitestone Bridge, and Triborough Bridge; also good for Verrazano-Narrows Bridge while its toll remained $1.00. Tokens were sold in rolls of 20 for $20, giving drivers one free passage at purchase.
